Inspired by a lifetime love of stationery…

Inky Fig was born in the summer of 2025 from a lifelong love of paper, pen & ink, vintage things, and the simple joy of a really good notepad.

Created by a children’s author and illustrator, Inky Fig is a little collection of illustrated paper goods inspired by the things that make us smile—from mid-century advertising art and vintage ephemera to the work of artists like Ludwig Bemelmans, William Steig, and Andy Warhol.

You’ll find sassy cats, long-snouted dogs, nostalgic telephones, and other characters with plenty of personality making their way onto our notepads. Each design is illustrated with an old-fashioned love of pen & ink and a healthy appreciation for the quirky, the charming, and the slightly ridiculous.

Every Inky Fig notepad is printed, finished, and packaged with care in our studio—because we believe everyday paper goods can be useful and a little bit wonderful.

Inky Fig is available for both retail and wholesale.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a question, a shop you'd like to see us in, or just want to say ciao? We'd love to hear from you.
